  • It’s super easy! All you need to do is provide me with your wedding details and wording, any photographs or other assets you wish to use, and let me know your customisation preferences (I send you a form to fill out to make this seamless). Then sit back and relax or go on a date night as I take care of the rest for you. You can learn more about how it all works here.

  • My turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from when I receive your content and assets and is of course dependent on the timeliness of your feedback and replies. Turnaround times may be longer during peak periods, but I will always communicate this with you.

  • Yes, I can transfer an existing domain to Squarespace though an additional fee may apply. Alternatively, we can leave it with its original provider and I can connect it via domain mapping. Ownership of your domain remains with you, though I will need access to your account to set everything up.

  • Not at all! No coding knowledge is required because I do all of that for you. I also offer ongoing support for 3 months after your site goes live. Up to 1 hour is included in the cost of your template, but further support is available for a fee should you run into any technical issues or have minor updates you don’t want to do yourself.

  • RSVP forms are completely customisable so ask as many questions as you need to, i.e. dietary requirements, and meal preferences. transport opt-in, song requests, attendance at other wedding events, etc. I can add conditional logic so different questions appear based on your guests’ responses and make fields required to ensure you get the details you need. I can also schedule forms to close on a certain date which is excellent for letting those who haven’t RSVP’d despite you chasing them know they have missed the boat!

    I connect the RSVP form to your Google account so once guests click submit, responses are automatically input into a Google Sheet, which you can view live. A summary of guests’ responses can be emailed to them and also to you so you are notified when someone RSVPs.

    Unlike other platforms, Squarespace doesn’t have the back-end database to store guest details and pull information from, but really there isn’t anything you can’t group, filter or organise in a spreadsheet.

  • It depends on how far in advance you need information available to guests. If you are hosting a destination wedding, this may be closer to 12 months so you can provide guests with flight, travel, and accommodation details well in advance. If you’re having a simpler, local celebration, then six months may suffice.

  • Due to the digital nature of my templates, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding the templates, don't hesitate to contact me before committing to a purchase.
