Shop Policies

ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not applicable. 
  • Orders must be paid for in full at the time of check out. Payments are made through Stripe.
  • Upon completion of the online checkout you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been received. 
  • Credit card details are not stored. 
  • Please ensure you give the full and correct shipping address to avoid re-delivery fees.

SHIPPING

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout and are based on the size, and weight of your order.
  • Please select your preferred shipping options when checking out. The default is standard.
  • Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2-6 business days, while express items will take 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination.
  • International delivery times vary but are usually between 4 and 14 business days. Please refer to the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times. 
  • Any taxes, customs or duty fees incurred on international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • For domestic orders, tracking is only available for parcels over 500g or orders that are sent as letters via Express or Registered Post. For international orders tracking is only available on parcels sent via Standard or Express services. If your order is eligible for tracking, a dispatch confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once your order is on its way.
  • Please allow for extended delivery time during peak times like Christmas and Easter.
  • If your order is returned to sender we will contact you. If you would like us to resend your order, you will be charged postage a second time.

TURNAROUND TIME

  • Our standard turnaround time is between 2-4 business days once payment is received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you change your mind or misordered, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchanged for alternative items. Items must be received unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If your order arrives damaged or an item was received in error please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing us. You will then be asked to return the item for a replacement or full refund.

PRODUCT COLOURS

  • Whilst every effort has been made to ensure our products are displayed accurately on screen, some computer monitors may display colours incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on your monitor. 
  • We like to mix it up and pair different coloured envelopes with our cards, so the envelope colours shown in our product photos may not be the option you receive, however it will still be beautifully coordinated.
